View invoices retrieved from Merit Aktiva, including totals with VAT, due dates and status.

Create an invoice on mobile

Select a customer from Merit, set invoice and due dates, VAT rate and description.

PDF and sharing

Open an invoice PDF, save it or share it using the standard phone sharing menu.

Email and e-invoice

Prepare email delivery or use electronic invoice options available through the Merit API.

Fast synchronisation

Pull down to refresh invoice lists. Data is requested from the connected Merit Aktiva account.

How does Merit connection work?

Create an ArveKiir account

ArveKiir sign-in is separate from Merit, so your Merit password is never shared with us.

Check your Merit plan

Live API synchronisation requires Merit Aktiva Pro/Premium or another API-enabled plan.

Connect API keys

Create a separate API ID and key in Merit settings. The key is transferred over HTTPS and stored encrypted on the server.

Independent and transparent

ArveKiir is not a Merit Tarkvara AS product or an official Merit Aktiva application. It is an independent third-party service by Koosmeiega Group OÜ that uses the public Merit API with the user's permission. We do not request a Merit password or bank confirmation codes.

Privacy & security

Try a mobile workflow

The first 20 users who successfully connect Merit receive permanent free access. Later users receive 24 hours of full access after connection, followed by view-only mode. ArveKiir does not currently charge a separate subscription payment.
